Insteestore Return and Exchange Policy :​
Thank you for shopping at Insteestore! We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.​

1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 03 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition.

 Note : Return & Exchange will take place only if there's size issue or the product is found to be wrong or defective from our side. (You have to make an unboxing video at the time of opening the product. The product will not be return or exchanged without the unboxing video)

2. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges can be requested within 03 days of receipt. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags attached.

  • Process: To exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns and specify the desired replacement item in your return request. If the replacement item is unavailable, we'll make it available within 2-3 business days.

3. How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@insteestore.in or use our online return form on our website to initiate the return or exchange process.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the return package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 business days. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement item promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. No refund will be given.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 03 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a replacement.
